Not at all! We understand that children can wriggle, move around or feel nervous. Our salon is designed to make hair appointments as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

That’s completely okay! I never rush a child into having their hair cut. We take our time, allow them to explore the salon and build their confidence before we begin.

We make first haircuts fun and relaxed, with plenty of time for your little one to settle in and play. We will also be offering keepsake containers for the memorable first lock that is cut.

Yes. I aim to create a calm, welcoming and understanding environment for every child. Please let us know about any specific needs or things that may help your child feel comfortable when booking.

That’s okay! We will always work at your child’s pace and do our best to make them feel comfortable. If they need a little break, we can pause and try again.

Of course! We have extra seating for those waiting, and lots of toys to play with, so they shouldn’t get too bored!

We need at least 24 hours notice for cancellation, then we can move your appointment to another date. If its within 24 hours we cannot offer refunds.
